Darn Groundhog

Before the groundhog saw his shadowAfter the groundhog saw his shadow
Crazy but true we plow the yard so Mike can walk the dogs

Yesterday it started snowing and it's still snowing as I take these pictures

Makes for beautiful pictures but we really don't need more snow
school was let out early and cancelled today

County tries to keep our county road clean but we are not top priority
so over the weekend they were working trying to clean it up

Thanks county I know your trying!

The rest of these pictures are from the weekend
Rexie was having a blast running the trails like it was a race track
Rexie walking with Pongo in the top picture

Rexie walking with Angel in the top picture

All three dogs pose for a picture in the snow

I don't know why but the dogs love to eat the snow
and they never eat yellow snow don't worry

Oh my! That is so much snow. Here in Texas there has been no snow and yesterday was 70. This morning 35. It's crazy here.

Your pups are beautiful.

wow, you guys got hit, hard, yet again! I was so thrilled when I woke up this morning and there wasn't any extra snow on the ground! Hey my idea is to grab all the groundhogs we can and poke their eyes out! No more running from shadows!! J/K!
Beautiful pictures of the snow and the dogs though. Too bad it is already Feb and all we want is warmer weather! Love ya, you look awesome in that picture!

We don't get much snow so i'd say all that snow looks like great fun and i would just love to run throught it all!
Your dogs are so cute, cold paws don't seem to be bothering them!

Keep Warm!

I wish we had a little bit of that snow here in East Texas! "Yellow snow!" Too funny!

We didn't get anything like that in C.P.,just 20 miles west of you.
They said it would be around 50 on Sat. I don't believe it. See you Sunday. Love, Mom

Yikes, we have gotten more snow than usual this year, but that just looks like too much. The good news is it's supposed to be 45 degrees here on Saturday...then drop again (of course.) I will enjoy Saturday as it melts the snow that is left (all 8 inches of it will hopefully go away before the next snowfall begins!)

We got dumped on pretty badly too. What's really scary is that by Sundy it will be 55 degrees and then well have major flooding!

Oh my. That is incredible. I've only ever seen snow fall once and it melted almost as soon as it hit the ground.

We're still having a heatwave here downunder. It has been in the mid-40s (Celcius) (about 110F) for days and days and days and no relief in sight...

My goodness.. you all really got hit. I am ready for spring now that we had a sneak peek of spring weather this week. More snow in the forecast coming up in a couple days.

All of ours has melted but now we have to worry about the river flooding!
