Still busy with my work, volunteering and home life and not so much time for blogging or face book.
Maybe over the holidays I'll try and post something.
Happy to say from the last time I posted the two walks I did went great!
Recently I won an award for Best Decorated Tree, raising money for the Alzheimer Assoc. And I'm happy to report as part of the team to organize the event we were successful in raising over $4,000.00 for the Alzheimer Assoc. It was our first time ever holding this type event and are already planning next years event in hopes to raise even more money.
Between running from events and soccer it's been a busy year and I'm glad it's coming to an end. I could not have asked for a more fulfilling year for myself.
On the other hand it's been a trying year dealing with Mike's work being so slow and there still is no change in the way that things are done there. The crazy ass people that work there still just don't get it. The doors are ready to close because of the lack of work yet they just show up for work for a check. How about trying to get some work in the door or there is always marketing that could be done, but it's easier to wait for a pay check and surf the web and blogs and work on everything else other than PTA stuff.
